Casts and Grips
In the sport of fly-fishing, there are three main cast type. There is the overhead, the sidearm, and the elliptical cast. The elliptical cast is a combination of the overhead and the sidearm cast. The cast types are depicted below.
There are three main grip styles involved in fly-fishing. Typically, a grip style is chosen based on comfortability.
